Jouin Manku's work on the restaurant began thirteen years ago, when they developed their initial concept for the renowned French chef. Initially drawing their inspiration from the polished and classic character of the Mayfair area, and the vastness of the neighbouring Hyde Park, the two designers were inspired to revamp the restaurant when they noticed the area had become more modern, youthful and trendy over time.
Their redesign, which endeavoured to preserve the soul of the restaurant despite the renovations, is the picture of elegance and refinement.
