Thierry Marx attended EquipHotel at a young age, admiring leading figures from the hospitality and gastronomical industry.  Today, as EH18's visionary and creative ambassador, he’s proud to represent the fair, changing the rules and looking towards the future of catering and hospitality trends.

A COLLECTIVE VISION FOR 2050 

Working alongside the new generation, Thierry Marx's work as EquipHotel's 2018 ambassdor focuses on innovation and analysing how accommodation and gastronomy trends will evolve.  He led a workshop with French students from a mix of cookery, design, management and entrepreneurial schools and institutions, to explore what the industry will look like in 2050 and provide multi-generational solutions for professionals visiting and exhibiting at EquipHotel 2018. The workshop explored the key themes of economic awareness for the future and environmentally friendly catering.
