The 14SEPTEMBRE Studio team invited three artists to express the intangible and indescribable quality of The Balvenie’s whisky through works inspired from angels — according to the legend, the amount of whisky lost to evaporation during the process of barrel aging, was drunk by angels.


A creative odyssey in three acts supported by a print and digital campaign. First is the journey where the talents explore the moors of Scotland and meet the people who produce The Balvenie’s exceptional whiskies. Second is the research phase filmed in the talents’ studios, narrating the various steps in their creative and production process. Last but not least is the unveiling of the pieces at a spectacular venue in Paris, bringing together the artists, editors and a select guestlist.
