The goal: build visibility for this unique dining destination and promote the career of a visionary Chef in high-profile media outlets.


Trained in the most distinguished kitchens — Ledoyen, Le Bristol, Pierre Gagnaire, Royal Monceau — Christophe Pelé has carved his own unique path. In 2012, he deliberately decided to close down his two-Michelin-star restaurant, La Bigarrade, and take time to travel, meet new people and seek out inspiration. Eventually, he returned with a bold, life-infused and deeply personal concept.


This vision is fully expressed at Le Clarence — an exceptional restaurant located in a 19th-century palace, entirely renovated with the support of H.R.H. Prince Robert of Luxembourg. Reflecting French refinement and the spirit of Château Haut-Brion, Le Clarence offers a generous and uncompromising gastronomic experience.
