Created by Patrick Naggar for the French heritage brand specialized in Murano glass designs, the Cell collection will be part of an exhibition dedicated to the designer titled “Reflections”, opening November 12 at Ralph Pucci New York City.

The collection, comprised of a suspension and a wall lamp, was born out of the designer’s fascination with science and the unique shapes that embody significant living forms. Each design in the collection is hand blown by Murano glass master artisans. The suspension is one piece of blown glass encasing an inner hand-stretched murano glass tube with gold leaf, creating a rare lighting experience thanks to today’s LED technology.  The wall lamp is also one piece of blown glass with an exposed partial metal tube.

With the Cell collection, Patrick Naggar once again succeeds to gracefully bring together traditional artistry, modern technology and contemporary design.
